Saw to cut the pipe
Cut the pipes to your desired length (usually 5m – cutting into three pieces will give you 170 cm each).
Ensure the ends are cut flat and smooth for a proper soldering result.
Solder the screw cap to the pipe.
Attach the BuoyTracker screw caps to the top cap.
Insert insulation into the pipe from the top, sealing any hole in the middle.
Solder the top cap onto the pipe.
Fill the pipe with as much gravel as possible.
On your first use in the water, remove some gravel to ensure the buoy stands properly.
